Bachelor's degree in Process Management, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Administration, Technology, or related fields. Knowledge of Quality Tools (5S, Kaizen, 5PQs, and PDCA), Google Sheets, and intermediate Excel skills. Availability to work 100% on-site in Barueri, on a 5x2 schedule from 2 AM to 11 AM.
