Group Art Supervisor

Lead and supervise a team of art directors and designers, providing creative direction, feedback, and mentorship. Own the visual concept and art direction across multiple client accounts, ensuring work is on-brand and strategically sound. Manage creative workload and resource allocation across the team, balancing quality and timelines.

5 - 8 years experience leading art direction for pharmaceutical campaigns. Experience overseeing junior creatives and providing direction and feedback. Solid understanding of core methodologies, tools, and industry practices.

The base salary range for this position is between CAD $124,000 - $140,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, unique skill set, education, and prior work experience.
