Comply with all company regulations and procedures. Attend to customers entering the store to attract them to try and purchase products, building relationships with consumers. Maintain and increase the number of Natura brand consumers. Present the store and its concept, assist customers in locating products, and guide them on proper usage.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of beauty products and services is a plus. Ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service. Familiarity with Visual Merchandising principles.
