What You'll Do
Provide on-site technical support to users, resolving issues related to workstations and IT resources. Install, configure, update, customize, and maintain operating systems, corporate software, and approved applications. Perform diagnostics, component replacement, and repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma required. Knowledge in computer maintenance, installation, and configuration of operating systems and software. Basic understanding of computer networks, wired and Wi-Fi connectivity. Familiarity with support tools and technical ticketing systems.
