Technology Manager

Lead multidisciplinary squads, managing capacity and tracking production deliveries. Ensure sustainable execution rhythm through planning and continuous alignment with Product and stakeholders. Participate in architecture decisions, evaluating trade-offs and risks. Promote engineering standards and practices, translating product demands into a realistic technical roadmap.

Proven experience leading software engineering teams, with a solid technical background in software development, preferably backend. Experience in complex regulated domains, preferably credit or financial services. Practical knowledge of APIs, relational databases, and CI/CD practices. Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
