Practicante Area Juiridica

Support in responding to petitions, requirements from the Ministry of Labor, and requests from EPS, ARL, and pension funds. Conduct legal research and prepare basic concepts on Colombian labor legislation, jurisprudence, and internal policies. Assist in internal labor investigations, prepare minutes and meeting records, and accompany hearings or conciliations.

Student of law, business administration, industrial engineering, or related fields. Proficient in Excel. Willingness to learn.
