What You'll Do
Lead the strategy and management of the agency, enhancing opportunities in both individual and corporate segments. Develop the team by strengthening competencies and commitment to results. Identify market opportunities and convert them into sustainable business.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agency Manager in the financial system, preferably in cooperative finance. Certification Anbima CPRO-R or CPRO-I is required.
What We Offer
