The Virtual Assistant will execute core operational tasks across various functional areas, including customer support, order management, inventory tracking, and basic financial assistance, ensuring accuracy and consistency with minimal oversight. Responsibilities also involve maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring account health, and proactively identifying and proposing solutions for process issues.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least two years of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role, demonstrating high reliability, detail orientation, and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks. Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ClickUp is required, along with the ability to work a US-based schedule from 8:00 am–5:00 pm Central Time.
