Provide first contact support to associates in the agencies, ensuring a cordial and efficient welcome. Direct associates and non-associates to the most suitable service channel, whether physical or digital. Assist in promoting and guiding on Sicredi's financial products and services, while encouraging the use of digital channels.

Currently enrolled in a higher education course in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields directly correlated to the financial market. Must reside in São João do Triunfo/PR. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and empathetically with associates.
