Develop and maintain a Copper Leaching Technology Product Roadmap aligned with asset priorities. Build and manage a balanced portfolio of innovation initiatives addressing business value drivers and technology gaps. Progress technologies through the innovation pipeline by defining and executing risk-based learning plans. Deliver technical, operational, and economic assessments to prioritize innovation investments.

A degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. More than 15 years of professional experience in copper leaching and hydrometallurgy. Demonstrated experience in progressing technologies from concept to implementation readiness. Strong business case development and stakeholder engagement skills.
