SDET Testing Engineer Lead - (Talent Pool / Future Opportunities)

Own acceptance testing, functional validation, regression coverage, and release-quality decisions for human- and AI-generated code. Define clear acceptance criteria and quality standards in partnership with clients, product teams, and engineers. Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites and frameworks across web, API, and end-to-end workflows.

8+ years of experience in SDET, quality assurance, or test automation, including ownership of test strategy. Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Python. Proficiency with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Vitest, Jest, or pytest.
