What You'll Do
Manage the strategic liquidity of XP, ensuring adequate resource availability to support business growth. Develop liquidity analyses and projections for short, medium, and long-term, contributing to strategic funding and resource allocation decisions. Participate in integrated asset and liability management, evaluating financial impacts and risks associated with the balance sheet.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in ALM, Liquidity, Treasury, Financial Planning, or Financial Risks. In-depth knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and cash flow dynamics. Experience in financial institutions, banks, asset management, or relevant consulting firms.
