What You'll Do
Execute microbiological analysis according to applicable procedures, methods, and standards. Interpret results and prepare reports of the analyses performed. Coordinate and prepare culture media for analysis execution. Operate and maintain the optimal functioning of related equipment and supplies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as Food Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry and Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience performing traditional microbiological analyses and/or rapid methods in various food matrices. Knowledge of microbiological testing methodologies.
