Prospect and develop new clients. Provide investment consulting, guiding clients in managing their assets. Create investment portfolios aligned with each client's profile and objectives. Analyze market opportunities and build well-founded investment recommendations. Maintain close relationships with clients, monitoring their financial needs and goals.

Experience or strong commercial profile with ease in active prospecting and client portfolio development. Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships over the medium and long term. Discipline and consistency to work in a goal-oriented environment. Interest and knowledge about the financial market and investments. Certifications such as CEA, CFP, CFA, C-Pro R, C-Pro I, CPA-20, and/or CGA.

This position offers a CLT contract. The work model is flexible, varying by function, with a preference for in-person interactions to enhance workplace relationships. The company values personal interactions and uses the office as a tool to strengthen work relationships.
