High school diploma required, with a preference for a higher education degree. Proven experience in similar positions with people management. Proficient in Office Suite and Google Sheets. Experience with data analysis and artificial intelligence tools. Availability for on-site work in Ribeirão das Neves/MG, with flexible hours for shifts T1 and T2.
