Requirements
Candidates must have completed high school or higher education and possess strong skills in resource/time management, team leadership, teamwork, sales/recovery techniques, action plan implementation, and customer service. A proven ability to demonstrate collaboration, business orientation, problem-solving, organization, planning, effective communication, and analytical skills is essential, along with a preference for field work.
