Ensure alignment of the Asset Integrity strategy with the overarching company strategy. Manage the implementation of asset integrity strategies, ensuring compliance with processes and driving continuous improvement. Actively participate in defining service strategies and specifications, and manage team resources effectively.

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, materials, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and managing teams. Knowledge of risk-based asset management and maintenance management regulations.
