Core Responsibilities

This role focuses on optimizing the end-to-end commercial journey from lead generation through merchant ramp-up, owning the 'Lead-to-Live' KPI by defining processes and monitoring efficiency metrics across sales, risk, and operations teams. Additionally, the director will govern pricing models, lead the Deal Desk function, and own the strategy for the Salesforce commercial tech stack to drive data-driven insights.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, with mandatory Fintech experience, preferably in payments or cross-border commerce. Essential technical skills include expert-level command of Salesforce and BI platforms, strong financial modeling capabilities, and proven fluency in designing and governing Lead-to-Live workflows in enterprise environments.
