Act as a financial consultant, prospecting new associates through periodic visits to understand their needs and promote development opportunities. Manage the portfolio according to the associates' needs and contribute to their financial education. Engage in active prospecting of new associates and support the cooperative's digital transformation.

Experience in the commercial area of Agribusiness. Background in external prospecting and consultative roles. Completed Technical and/or Higher Education. Anbima certification (C-Pro R or higher). Must reside or have easy access to the São Sepé/RS region.

Competitive salary compatible with the market, plus guaranteed 14th and 15th salaries as per collective agreement. Participation in results of up to 8 times your salary once a year, along with various health and wellness benefits.
