Own the automation strategy, architecture, and reliability of the automation platform. Define and evolve the automation roadmap aligned with product delivery. Establish quality standards for release-blocking coverage and flakiness thresholds. Mentor QA engineers and developers on automation practices and drive integration of automation into CI/CD processes.
What We're Looking For
6+ years in software quality engineering with deep automation experience. Hands-on ownership of test automation frameworks for web and API, preferably Playwright. Solid programming skills in TypeScript and/or JavaScript. Experience with CI/CD integration and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
