Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for entry-level and desk-based positions. Identify and engage with top talent in the market. Consult with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and track key metrics to improve recruitment decisions.

At least 4 years of proven hands-on experience in recruitment, particularly in high-volume recruiting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. C1 English level is required.
