AI Conversation Designer (Especialista)

You will architect complex flows and multichannel journeys, translating business needs and user insights into scalable conversational experiences. Ensure technical coherence and consistent brand tone and language by applying communication guidelines and reviewing other Conversational Designers' deliverables. Connect Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure quality and efficiency of AI experiences, while influencing metrics definition and performance tracking for continuous improvement.

Strong understanding of Conversational Design principles and ability to work autonomously. Experience in multichannel journey architecture and flow design. Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams. Familiarity with written content and basic grammar principles.
