Own product design in the Operational Journey cluster, focusing on onboarding, dashboard, and KYC-heavy lifecycle flow. Consolidate and document the existing design system, establishing tokens and patterns for team use. Set design standards across the domain and guide design decisions in areas without dedicated designers. Mentor other designers on the team as needed.

Proven product design craft with a strong portfolio showcasing complex flows simplified. Demonstrated systems thinking with experience in building reusable components and patterns. Familiarity with design in regulated products, ensuring clarity and compliance. Experience in consolidating or migrating design systems, particularly in fintech or payments.
