Support all Total Rewards activities. Serve as the point of contact for inquiries from suppliers and employees regarding compensation and benefits. Analyze agreements with partners and assist in building agreements and a benefits catalog. Coordinate logistics for partner visits to the company facilities and schedule monthly or quarterly online talks about new or existing benefits.

Student in the 9th or 10th semester of psychology, business administration, or industrial engineering.
