Act autonomously as a technical reference in operational demands of medium and high complexity in Backoffice, ensuring deadlines and SLAs. Investigate bottlenecks and undefined procedures, identifying root causes and proposing structural improvements. Design, implement, and evolve continuous improvement projects, automation, and AI agents to optimize routines and increase operational efficiency.

Proven experience in Backoffice operations or internal support. Experience in process optimization, root cause identification, and use/development of automation or AI tools for efficiency gains. Strong analytical skills to interpret operational indicators and diagnose flow failures.
