What You'll Do
Lead the agency team and promote a positive work environment. Manage financial operations according to institutional guidelines to ensure economic sustainability. Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and enhance community relationships. Oversee risk management related to agency operations and represent the cooperative in legal and business matters.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required. Active Anbima certification. Experience as an Agency Manager. Strong commercial relationships in Indaiatuba/SP. Must reside in Indaiatuba/SP or be willing to relocate. Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
