Conduct end-to-end service transitions of small-scale projects, from planning to post go-live stabilization. Manage Service Transition deliverables, working on PMO, People Enablement, Technology, and Knowledge Transfer. Support Due Diligence activities, governance, and risk management, including RAID. Plan and monitor staffing, hiring, training, and change management initiatives.

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced English or Spanish proficiency. Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI). Willingness to travel.
