What You'll Do
Demonstrate mastery of indicators, explaining results and deviations during meetings. Prepare and present operational reports with updated and structured information. Monitor SLAs, identifying causes of deviations and defining corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management or related fields. Solid experience in leadership and coordination of operational or technical support teams. Advanced knowledge of management tools, spreadsheets, and operational control systems.
