Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, including technical and economic offers based on pre-contractual documents and terms of reference. Validate documentation and contracts, and structure economic offers for public and private tenders. Develop cost estimates and budgets for projects related to the quality and quantity of hydrocarbons.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, preferably in Chemical Engineering. 4 years of specific experience in reviewing documentation and contracts, structuring economic offers, and participating in public and private tenders. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and knowledgeable about legal regulations in Colombia and contract management.

The position offers a basic salary of $5,828,326 plus commissions for awarded tenders. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the contract type is indefinite.
