What You'll Do
Ensure technical delivery of the project, maintaining quality and adherence to architectural standards. Conduct AI-assisted reverse engineering of legacy code to extract business rules and dependencies. Transform knowledge into living documentation using Spec-Driven Development. Mentor engineers and enhance team maturity in development practices.
What We're Looking For
Deep practical experience with agile development tools, particularly Claude Code. Strong knowledge of Spec-Driven Development and full stack experience with React/Next.js and Node. Solid experience in migrating or modernizing legacy systems, preferably Java web. Familiarity with AI for legacy code understanding and integration.
