Conduct searches for personnel with disabilities. Manage the necessary documentation and accreditations for the recruitment and evaluation of disabled personnel. Support the recruitment process and assist in talent attraction projects. Provide support for the onboarding of new employees.
What We're Looking For
Last cycles or graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 3 months of experience in human resources processes. Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel. Intermediate English is desirable.
