Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract contractors, students, and experienced hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

Minimum 8 years of experience in recruiting within professional or financial services. Proven experience in leading and managing recruitment teams. Strong strategic-thinking skills and expertise in creative sourcing techniques.
