Execute homologation tests on devices and network elements. Apply interoperability tests with other equipment, provide fault diagnosis and root cause analysis, and specify equipment for network inclusion. Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements and participate in health and safety programs.

Technical education required, with a preference for higher education. Knowledge of transmission networks, SDH, and ETH. Experience using OTDR for fiber optic link diagnosis and certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license category B.
