Core Responsibilities

Define and execute the recruitment roadmap to align hiring velocity with business goals. Track and improve Clara's perception as an employer-of-choice. Design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to streamline the recruiting process. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership and hiring managers, using market intelligence for headcount planning.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in high-growth tech or fintech ecosystems. Deep knowledge of the LatAm talent landscape, particularly for Engineering, Sales, and Fintech roles. Expert command of Greenhouse or similar ATS and a drive to integrate AI/automation into recruitment.
