Take full ownership of complex analytical problems, from framing organizational hypotheses to validating them methodologically. Design predictive models, experiments, or new ways of explaining business challenges through data. Mentor less experienced analysts and act as a trusted partner to HRBPs and leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience in People Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytical field. Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and predictive analysis. Advanced SQL skills for handling large datasets. Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.
