Manager, Software Engineering (Payments)

Help define and execute GoFundMe's multi-year payments engineering strategy. Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for building and evolving reliable, secure, and scalable payments products. Provide technical and architectural leadership, managing complex engineering initiatives from conception through launch.

10+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including experience managing high-performing engineering teams. Strong background in payments, fintech, or high-scale transactional systems. Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and growing engineers in an inclusive team environment.
