What You'll Do
Support, guide, and direct members and non-members in self-service, mobile app, cash registers, and other identified demands. Conduct business and satisfaction surveys, contributing insights to improve services. Participate in actions that promote a welcoming and efficient experience in agencies.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma completed or in progress, or pursuing technical or higher education in areas such as Administration, Accounting, Economics, Commercial Management, or related fields. Genuine interest in learning about cooperativism and the functioning of a financial institution.
