Core Responsibilities

The role involves serving as a dedicated strategic advisor to a high-impact book of business, conducting quarterly strategic reviews, and developing shared Success Plans to align on goals and identify new opportunities. The consultant will also act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, managing their experience across onboarding, adoption, and renewal while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve issues.

Requirements

Candidates should possess 3 to 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably with strategic or enterprise clients, demonstrating proven ability to manage executive relationships and lead strategic planning. Strong analytical skills, comfort with data-driven decision-making, excellent communication abilities, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce are required, along with a willingness to travel up to 25%.
