Plan and execute daily visits to clients to maximize effective contact and recovery of assigned portfolio. Negotiate payment alternatives and agreements to regularize clients' pending obligations. Timely register management actions, results, and incidents in collection systems to ensure proper follow-up.

Completed or incomplete studies in technical or university fields such as Administration, Computer Science, or related careers. Minimum of 1 year of experience in collection management, portfolio recovery, customer service, sales, or negotiation. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the financial system.

Economic subsidy (base salary) plus variable compensation. Work schedule from Monday to Saturday. Scotiabank payroll with 81% health insurance coverage. Monthly mobility subsidy and food card.
