Supervisor de Campo

Manage the technical-operational agronomic handling of hybrid corn seed production lots, planning and executing all stages of the production cycle: planting, irrigation, de-flowering, and harvesting. Lead and organize temporary field staff during peak campaign periods. Execute administrative tasks such as purchase orders and data entry in SAP, SharePoint, PAMPA, Cropwise, ArcGIS, and Scout.

Professionals in Agronomic Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 2-3 years of technical experience in hybrid corn seed production (mandatory). Proficiency in comprehensive agronomic management: tasks, weed and insect control, irrigation, and harvesting, including agricultural machinery and implements. Availability to travel and a valid driver's license (mandatory).
