What You'll Do
Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technology teams. Conduct sessions for gathering and refining requirements. Prepare functional documentation, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. Analyze processes, impacts, and opportunities for improvement. Support UAT activities and validation of implemented solutions.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. Advanced English (C1/C2) for communication in an international environment. Experience as a Business Analyst in complex corporate environments. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
