Design, develop and configure ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and APM based on business needs. Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP web services. Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
What We're Looking For
Computer Science Diploma or Degree or related work experience. ITIL Foundation certification or training. At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies. Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other techniques.
