POSITION: Recruiter
Location: Remote (Global) | Schedule: Monday to Friday; 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM MST) | Compensation: 2000 USD/month | Independent contractor position
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates for location-specific or in-person roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and responsiveness.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, CRMs, and job boards.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (9am–6pm).
• Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience recruiting for home services, skilled trades, or sales roles.
• Familiarity with U.S. hiring markets and local sourcing strategies.
• Experience using Gusto or similar HRIS platforms.
• Background in both recruiting and HR coordination.
