What You'll Do
Prospect new associates through external visits and participation in events to promote the Sicredi brand. Manage and develop the Agro associate portfolio by presenting financial solutions tailored to their needs. Ensure the accuracy of associate registrations and provide technical support to Business Assistants.
What We're Looking For
Experience in business development within a financial institution or similar market focused on the Agro sector. Must have ANBIMA certifications CPRO-R or CPRO-I. Knowledge of CRM systems and financial products and services is essential.
