Ensure the reliability, availability, performance, and scalability of products throughout the application lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement operational best practices. Participate in incident management, including on-call duties and root cause analysis. Identify repetitive operational tasks and develop automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields. Experience with AWS services and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Python, Shell Script, or PowerShell. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
