Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer

Design, configure, and deploy IVR flows in Genesys Cloud Architect, including routing logic and customer authentication. Lead the integration of the WhatsApp Business channel within Genesys Cloud, including digital routing and user ID management. Configure and optimize Outbound and Skill Based Dialling campaigns, ensuring compliance and effective agent assignment. Provide functional and technical support for incidents related to IVR and WhatsApp functionalities.

6+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX in high-volume contact center environments. Strong experience in developing and configuring IVR flows with Genesys Cloud Architect. Hands-on experience integrating WhatsApp Business API with contact center platforms. Proficiency in English B2+ and Spanish C1+.
