Senior ATF

Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote the adoption of agile practices within teams. Manage dependencies between teams and areas involved, and identify and remove impediments affecting productivity. Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and manage the team's budget, risks, and commitments.

More than 4 years of experience in roles such as Agile Team Facilitator, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager. Experience managing up to 3 agile teams simultaneously and in digital transformation projects. Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies, as well as tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Hybrid work model with 3 days per week in the office located in Miraflores, Lima, Peru. Immediate availability is required for the role.
