Assistente de ID/EA (Control Tower) - Gravataí/RS

Monitor the operation on-site, establishing close contact with managers and analyzing operational indicators and action plans to improve performance. Create and report dashboards for addressing major process offenders, presenting relevant data and metrics. Assist in floor meetings with leadership to address process impact causes based on action plans and discuss main offenders with the leadership team.

Advanced knowledge of Excel is required. Familiarity with LMS tools is necessary. Experience in creating interactive reports and visualizations to support decision-making is essential. A technical or higher education degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus. Knowledge of Looker Studio, Python, SQL for data manipulation and analysis, and familiarity with Big Query and ETL tools is advantageous.
