Develop packaging and products based on design, functionality, aesthetics, safety, and sustainability criteria. Align technical specifications and approve standards with suppliers, representing the Packaging area in multidisciplinary teams and strategic projects. Conduct projects from start to finish, evaluating functionality and aesthetics, and interface with suppliers to define technical specifications.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Production or related fields). 3 to 4 years of consistent experience in the role of Packaging Development Analyst. Proficiency in packaging transformation and manufacturing processes, technical drawing interpretation, volume calculations, and tolerance analysis.
