What You'll Do
Manage the overall operations of the Frutal/MG agency, including personnel management, service operations, planning, risk management, and member relationship programs. Oversee the management of the member portfolio and handle complaints and feedback.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of 1 year of experience at Sicredi Ibiraiaras RS/MG or proven experience in agency business and team management in a financial institution. Certification Anbima CPA and C PRO R required.
